Currently In Foster…

Jigglypuff

NEW ARRIVAL - Please welcome this little one, she’s another pup who came to us from the pound, but thankfully her story is already turning around. She’s now safe, loved, and starting a brand new chapter.

Jigglypuff arrived yesterday with the help of one of our amazing volunteers. Her first night went so well—just one tiny accident—and today she’s beginning to settle in and find her paws.

Her foster mum is making sure she has everything she needs (and more!), and has even booked her in for a pamper session so she can feel extra special.

Another beautiful dog whose life is about to change for the better.

Cuthbert

NEW ARRIVAL - This lovely little boy joined his new foster family late yesterday a sad surrender. And his new foster parents are showering with the love and affection he has been missing.

He’s seems to be settling in really well although off his food at the moment but it’s early days, and foster mum is doing everything she can to try and encourage him

He has been busy exploring his new home and garden and enjoyed helping his foster Dad watering the plants been great with the 2 cats just gave them a friendly sniff and is a bit hit with the resident dog, has been following him everywhere

He slept very well on the daughter’s bed all night, didn’t hear a peep from him and is toileting nicely in the garden.

Foster Mum says he is so lovely a proper little sweetheart, curious, gentle and sweet and getting more confident by the minute and he’s very dinky

Watch this space as little Cuthbert relaxes and develops further in his new home.

Pikachu

NEW ARRIVAL - A big warm welcome to little Pikachu please who only arrived in foster earlier today.

He got a little stressed on the journey at first and cuddled up very close to his lovely new foster Mum for reassurance, but eventually chilled enough and moved further away for a little snooze

He had a good sniff around on arrival, as you would! Then went into the garden and did his business well he thought he’d christened it

Was a little nervy, (to be expected) had a snuggle with fosters son. Now he’s had his dinner and relaxing. You’re doing great little one. Hope you have a good first night.

Squirtle

NEW ARRIVAL - This lovely lad joined his new foster family yesterday after a very sad surrender. Foster mum automatically took him under her wing and has been showering him with love and a few (quite a lot) of lovely treats

They have had some great walks already including dipping their in the water a visit to the woods and some fun playtime

It’s all very new, and as we know there’s lots of big changes to adjust to but so far this handsome chap is doing fabulously

Keep it up handsome!!

No applications yet please whilst he’s assessed in foster.

Popeye

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Popeye has had a busy first week, helped foster Mum in her office but soon got bored with work so trotted off into the garden to have a play with his new foster sister, he takes his seagull chasing duties very seriously!

He’s been to the beach but not too sure about the sea which is a bit silly given his name.

Getting more vocal in his play with resident dog which is lovely to see, is making friends with the local dogs on his walks and had a labradoodle friend round to play, they had a long game chasing around the garden wore himself out and had to have a long snooze.

Watch this space for more updates as this little chap settles more.

Oyster

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Well he’s doing amazingly he’s really settling and his little personality is starting to shine through.

He was a big hit with his foster Grandad too who said he was better behaved the the resident dog

He’s a big hit with the dog walker too, great on walks and just slept when he was left for the first time, then welcomed foster Dad with lots of lovely Bum wiggles and a toy on his return.

Loves the kids and gets on famously with the resident dog, foster Dad says “ He’s such a lovely dog, well mannered and a pleasure to walk, and listens to command’s well ( most of the time!)”

Velma is now putting a tentative foot out to start her new adventure for a forever home.

Velma is a 4 year lady of whom we have no background , but despite this she has been an absolute with her fab foster family.

She's loved walkies with the resident & meeting dogs outside.

Following her assessment Velma has written her requirements she'd like to share with you - to read all about her and apply please click HERE.

Ariel

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Our sweet little lady continues to do very well in foster.

She was keen to make everyone aware she had arrived in the vets and showing off her best barking voice.

She is likely to suffer with an ongoing eye condition that doesnt cause her pain but flare ups likely to be lifelong but managable with eye drops

Ariel continues to play and snuggle with her fur siblings and gets on well with everyone

She get very ditressed with new noises, one of her fur sublings has had a cough this week and it seemed to upset Ariel

Often she can be found snugged up with her fur siblings, sunbathing of lapping up human love, oh and still actively avoids housework at all costs, who can blame her, napping is way more fun.

Matilda

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Little miss Matilda is having a whale of a time since arriving in foster and boy is her cheeky, funny personality starting to shine through!

From rise and shine zoomies round the garden at 6am, to pinching foster mums slippers all to then crash out and turn into a right snuggle bug come the evening it’s hard work being a frenchie right!

Matilda and her foster fur sis are starting to bond enjoying endless hours of fun playing together which is lovely there has been the odd tiff but Matilda is slowly starting to learn boundaries and actually how to be a dog!

Baby steps little lady your doing so well.

Seahorse

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Just can't get enough of this sweet girl. She's blossomed so well in her fab foster home.

She loves to practice her horizontal positions to maximise use of floor or tabletop space

We need some hugs for seahorse for Mondays vet visit.

We are hoping her poorly are on the mend so we can give these a really good clean & freshen up.

Salmon & Trout

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Trout came into season this week and has new season pants, she’s not impressed. And Salmons clear eyeballing to say she is not up for a fashion show herself when it is her time

They have been doing really well, skin improving and confidence building day on day, The girls have even been left almost 2hrs, and were good as gold, snugged up and went to sleep

They have been through all their applications and the successful applicant has now been notified. Keep your eyes peeled for their next update.

Monica & Rachel

UPDATE 27/04/26 - These two little poppets are doing wonderfully in foster care. When they arrived they were in very poor condition and are still quite underweight, but their amazing foster mum has been working her magic — showering them with love and feeding them three meals a day.

Rachel has a little hematoma that she is receiving treatment for and is taking it all in her stride. Absolute troopers this beautiful bonded pair are.

Ralph

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Here he is mastering solo walks under his fab foster mum's guidance - with his resident buddy has yet to be smoothed out.

C'mon Ralph - you can do it

TV watching is a good distraction for him- he's counting his pocket money for his own Netflix

Finally (so embarrassing )......Foster mum took Ralph to the vets to have some personal hygiene done aka anal gland squeezed and he was a little Angel.

Foster mum has also sussed out a strategic plan where the boys go visiting family to tire them out- sneaky or what.

Roly Poly

UPDATE 27/04/26 - Well hello there my fabulous fans. Just popped by to give you all a little update. I am making great strides in my recovery.

I feel so much better in myself, I am now really enjoying my food, zoomies and wrestling with my fur foster siblings.

My little flare was caught really quickly by my foster family so I am back on antibiotics for a little bit and it is doing the trick. I am going to have by vaccinations soon as they think I am ready. I mean I don’t know what these are but it’s got to be a good thing right?
