Currently In Foster…
Liberty
UPDATE 13/09/26 - Liberty took everything in her stride today for her move to a new adoption trial home. Thanks to a lovely foster lady who has given this girl the absolute bestest cuddles & snuggles ready for her to start a new adventure.
With our fabulous volunteer transporters this girl has dispensed her cuddles en route (you get no choice in the matter actually )
Rumour is there's going to be some retail therapy soon for a new harness to teach some ladylike manners on the lead
Happy days Liberty - we will be watching for the next instalment.
Warwick & Tintagel
UPDATE 12/09/26 - This young pair of Frenchies have been absolutely wonderful in their foster home and are really thriving!
They headed off to the vets for their vaccinations and health checks. Warwick was such a good boy and didn’t even flinch! Tintagel, however, was definitely on the more dramatic side and screamed the whole vets down! After their visit, they went off for a lovely afternoon field hire where they could have some well-deserved playtime and let off some steam.
Warwick will be heading back to the vets next week for his castration, and then… applications might, just might, be opening!
So keep your eyes peeled if you’re looking for a fun, young and cuddly pair of Frenchies who are ready to find their forever home.
Nevis
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Nevis has been absolutely amazing in her foster home, she has shown how much she adores people, including teeny, tiny ones.
Nevis finds other dogs a bit intimidating but foster family are working on this with her.
She has been treated to lots of lovely walks, trips and is generally having the best time.
Nevis is now on the hunt for her Happy Ever After with applications closing imminently. To read all about her and apply please click HERE.
Osaka
UPDATE 13/09/26 - Well, Osaka has officially decided that life in foster is actually rather fabulous. He’s living his best life with his lovely foster family and his gorgeous new fur brother Teddy, and these two have discovered that there are essentially two speeds:
COMPLETELY BONKERS
FRENCHIE POTATO
There’s plenty of playtime, crazy wrestling and general canine chaos between them, followed by lovely walks and adventures together.
Osaka is a gorgeous, affectionate boy who is thriving with the love, patience and security his foster family are giving him. Watching a dog settle, relax and discover how wonderful life can be is exactly why fostering matters so much.
Angkor & Delphi
UPDATE 13/09/26 - This pair really are such a wonderful example of the breed — and they certainly keep foster mum entertained!
Angkor has the sweetest nature and will happily follow foster mum absolutely everywhere. Delphi, on the other hand, is a much more independent lady who is starting to show her true colours, and it’s so lovely to see her little personality coming out!
Angkor was castrated this week, while Delphi has a little skin tag that needs removing next week. These two really are such a fabulous pair, and once they’ve finished their little medical adventures, they’ll soon be looking for their forever home.
We think whoever ends up adopting these two is going to have a lot of laughs!
Ayers
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Well you may think you are seeing double here - Ayers has found his best buddy & don't they are just absolutely gorgeous.
This lad has really taken to his new foster family and we think there may be some exciting news soon.
This lad has captured the teams hearts ( they all do really), but this tri-paw just took a little bit more with him on his epic journey.
Watch this space for the next instalment - we are hoping it will be the most positive update.
Rockefella
UPDATE 02/09/26 - Our gorgeous boy Rockefeller is doing incredibly well in his foster home and, unsurprisingly, has completely captured everyone’s hearts.
This little man operates at approximately one million miles an hour and then, just as quickly, someone seems to pull the batteries out and he’s flat out asleep like a log! He absolutely loves the delicious food his foster dad makes for him and is an early riser who’s always ready to get up, get out and see what the day has in store.
At the family party this weekend, Rockefeller was an absolute little superstar! He had a brilliant time playing chase the bubbles with the children and thoroughly enjoyed being part of the fun.
We’ll keep you posted with more updates on this handsome young man, so watch this space!
Mahal
UPDATE 02/09/26 - Beautiful Mahal has arrived in her foster home and discovered something rather extraordinary…She has a DOPPELGÄNGER!
Resident Frenchie Roxie and Mahal are basically canine twins. So much so that when they’re side-on, facing away from the camera or generally refusing to display their chests for identification purposes, their foster family are having a serious “Is that Roxie… or is that Mahal?” moment. The children have sensibly cut through the confusion and simply decided they are “the Twinsies.”
Thankfully, beneath all the twin-related confusion, Mahal is doing absolutely brilliantly.
She has settled into family life beautifully, is enjoying her walks, loves spending time with her new people and is taking everything in her stride. She’s clearly decided that having a Frenchie lookalike for a sister is just another perk of the foster package! And honestly… we couldn’t be happier for her.
Gherkin
UPDATE 12/09/26 - This beauty is doing really well.
We have seen more sides to her personality and we can confirm she’s a Frenchie, typical cheeky listening ears, loves her food, is a sun worshipper and has mastered the art of napping.
We are starting to understand her more and more and shes a very special young lady. Time and patience is the key to allowing her to find her own paws in her surroundings
She is suited for a slower pace of life with a quiet household to make a wonderful companion.
Dresden
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Hi folks. Dresden checking in. Sorry I've been quiet, but my foster mum has been busy helping me build my confidence up.
She's a tough cookie for cuddles though & would you believe she's not a pushover to my cutest looks. Well I'm making an exception to this as I am relaxing more now. She's lovely is my foster mum- she's working on my anxiety ( did I spell that right ? ) aaaand ..... I've made some friends outside - gotta learn some ladylike manners when in my house though
I've got toys too- still working on what to do with them. I'm eating & sleeping well too- foster mum says I'm not whining ( sooo rude ). Love exploring the garden too.
More laters folks. Got some hypnotising to do on my fosters so I get my extra cuddles.
Trevi
UPDATE 04/09/26 - Well, it’s been a whirlwind of a week for our lovely Trevi! It started with a trip to the vets, followed by a shopping list of things to help this gorgeous girl get back to top-tip condition.
The medication is obviously starting to work, as Trevi has started to play again this week and has even managed a little run! It’s so lovely to see her enjoying herself and showing those little glimpses of the happy girl she is.
Trevi is 5 years old, loves her humans and is a wonderful cuddler.
She currently lives with two other dogs in foster and has decided that sleeping like a little human, with her head on the pillow, is definitely the best way to sleep!
Trevi is back at the vets tomorrow for further checks and tests, and we’re hoping this will give us a clearer plan for how best to support her moving forward.
The Muppets
UPDATE 02/09/26 - Well ladies and gents here’s our bank holiday update for our gorgeous little fighters.
This last week they have really turned a massive corner. They are weaning really nicely on to puppy food - still having milk at times but no longer from a bottle.
Their gorgeous personalities are starting to form:
Animal - Mr Chill
Kermit - Mr Sociable
Elmo - Mr Mad Case
The vets are still keeping an extremely close eye on them and when big enough their vaccinations will be split in to three due to their previously compromised immune systems.
They are now starting to earn their keep and as well as providing puppy cuddles to the vet staff they have even visited the local care home to share their cuddles with staff too
We are so looking forward to watching them thrive. Please keep cheering them on x
Hampton
UPDATE 12/09/26 - After his journey, this gorgeous boy arrived at his potential new forever home… and quite frankly, he appears to have decided he’s landed on his paws! He has settled in so beautifully and his new dad — who is being wonderfully attentive to all of Hampton’s needs — is already completely smitten with him.
There’s also been plenty of ball playing in the garden, so Hampton is clearly making full use of his new facilities! From one loving foster home… to another lovely potential forever home.
Hampton, mate, you really have won the Frenchie lottery. We are keeping everything crossed that this is the beginning of your forever chapter.
Khalifa
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Khalifa is smashing her adoption trial.
She’s worked out her fur sibling is a great play machine! just as well because Khalifa loves nothing better than play and that’s what they spend hours doing, they’ve really hit it off. She’s the sweetest girl who knows how to hold her own against the boys, a true independent lady.
Enjoyed her trip out to Pets at Home as she’s a real foodie and was very tempted by the tasty treats, her idea of paradise. Then home for a quick spa session, ears, folds and a claw trim, a proper pamper.
I think this could be a match made in heaven so watch this space as she continues her journey.
Wensleydale
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Well, in case you aren't quite convinced if this lady is settling well in her new trial we can tell you she certainly is.
In mum's words " She is perfect in every single way. She loves everything and everyone."
Wensleydale is also besotted with dad too "he came home from work and as soon as he sat down Wensleydale was sat on him lol, she is 1 in a million baby girly"
We think we can see where this is heading for this lady so watch for the next instalment.
You got this Wensleydale, let's send warmest hugs for you to settle in.
Feta
UPDATE 12/09/26 - Our lovely little lad Feta went in yesterday to have his cherries removed and his nares widened. He was very keen to get home to his family, so the vet called Mummy, and she picked him up quite early.
He had a good night’s sleep and is just a little off his food, but hopefully by tomorrow he’ll be back to his usual self. He’s getting lots of love, cuddles and being thoroughly spoilt by his wonderful foster family.
Please keep our little Feta in your thoughts today and wish him a speedy recovery.
Cheddar
UPDATE 02/09/26 - Our lovely gent Mr Cheddar was due to have his BOAS surgery just over a week ago, which we were all very much looking forward to as an important step towards helping him breathe more comfortably and enjoy life to the fullest.
Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, Cheddar’s surgery had to be cancelled at the last minute. This was of course disappointing news, especially after everyone had been eagerly awaiting the day, but thankfully we now have a new date in the diary
Mr Cheddar was treated to a new chew and cuddly toy by his lovely foster mum for all the upheaval and returned home to enjoy them and get back to what he does best, snoozing and snuggles with his foster fur sis
Cheddar’s BOAS surgery has been rescheduled for the end of September, and in the meantime, he is being showered with all the love, cuddles and attention he deserves.
Monica & Rachel
UPDATE 02/09/26 - These two little poppets have been enjoying their very own holibobs down in beautiful Cornwall! They’ve had some lovely walks along the beach, getting their paws in the sand and even their toes in the sea.
Of course, all that seaside fun meant it was time to head home for a much-needed bath! The secret to a successful bath? Biscuits, biscuits and more biscuits! And once they were all clean and dried off, they were wrapped up in their cosy jumpers before snuggling down for a well-earned snooze — looking just like two little golden burritos.
These girls are doing so incredibly well and are really settling into foster life. Unfortunately, both Monica and Rachel have come into season, which means their medical procedures have had to be delayed for now. But they’re being wonderfully cared for while they wait.
Their foster family are doing an absolutely amazing job with this pair and seem to know exactly what these two special girls need.
And, between us… we have a sneaking suspicion that Monica & Rachel are stealing their foster family’s hearts!
